RETURNS
Unworn garments are eligible for return within fourteen days of receipt of delivery. Please note that the item must be unworn and returned in its original packaging. If the piece is eligible for return, please email orders@ellesthelabel.com. Refunds do not include shipping costs. Your refund will be processed within ten days of receipt of the returned package. Please allow a few additional business days for the refund to appear back on your original payment method. Any discounted items are final sale. Any returns for merchandise purchased through one of our retail partners must be handled directly with that entity.

EXCHANGES
ELLES currently does not offer exchanges. We recommend returning the piece and placing a new order for the style or size needed. Please email our team at orders@ellesthelabel.com for assistance.

DISCOUNTS
All pieces purchased during a promotion are final sale.

REPAIRS / WARRANTY
We currently offer a zipper replacement service . The cost of the service is $30 and does not include shipping costs. The customer is responsible for sending the set back to our facility to be processed. The repair process takes approximately 2-4 weeks. To begin this process, please email orders@ellesthelabel.com.
