Return Policy

RETURNS

Unworn garments are eligible for complimentary returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with all original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please email orders@ellesthelabel.com.

Once we receive your returned package, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within three business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed. Please allow a few additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Items explicitly marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return. Merchandise purchased through one of our retail partners must be returned directly to the original retailer and is subject to that retailer’s return policy.

DISCOUNTS

Discounted pieces are eligible for return unless they are explicitly marked “Final Sale” on the product page.
