ELLES offers complimentary standard shipping on all US orders.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment. Please note that processing and delivery times may be extended during collection launches, promotional periods and holidays.

Orders are generally shipped via UPS Ground but may be sent through another trusted carrier, such as FedEx. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information and estimated delivery date.

A signature may be required for higher-value orders to help ensure secure delivery. Any signature requirement will be shown in your tracking information.

Preorder items will ship according to the estimated timeframe listed on the applicable product page. If your order contains both available and preorder items, they may be shipped separately.

If you need to update your shipping address, please email orders@ellesthelabel.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
